1. Acceptance of Terms

Deerfield Beach Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring and related surface preparation services to residential and commercial customers in Deerfield Beach, FL and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, garage floor coatings, concrete resurfacing, pool deck coatings, and concrete grinding and sealing.

The content on our Site describes our services in general terms. Specific work, scope, materials, and timelines are defined in the written estimate or agreement provided to each customer prior to the start of any project.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in writing after an on-site assessment of the work location. Phone or online estimates are not binding and are provided for general informational purposes only. The written estimate defines the agreed scope of work and the price.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Pricing may change if the scope of work changes after the estimate is issued, or if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed during the estimate visit.

Additional work requested by the customer after work has begun will be quoted separately and must be agreed to in writing before that additional work starts.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling is subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment date and provide a reasonable arrival window. We will notify you as early as possible if we need to reschedule due to weather, crew availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee as described in your written estimate or agreement.

We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions or other factors that would affect the quality of the work. We will not begin a job under conditions that would compromise the outcome.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Before work begins, the customer is responsible for:

• Clearing the work area of all personal property, vehicles, and stored items
• Disclosing any known conditions that could affect the work, such as prior coatings, moisture issues, or structural concerns
• Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Complying with any HOA or building rules that apply to the property
• Obtaining any permits required by local authorities, unless otherwise agreed in writing

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by a customer's failure to meet these responsibilities.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the written estimate provided before work begins. In general, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods are described in your written agreement. Invoices not paid within the timeframe specified in the agreement may be subject to a late fee.

We reserve the right to suspend or stop work on any project where payment obligations have not been met according to the agreed schedule.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in our work appears within the warranty period specified in your written agreement, we will return to assess and address the issue at no additional charge, subject to the conditions below.

Our workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, heavy impact, or chemical exposure beyond normal use
• Damage caused by flooding, storm surge, or acts of nature
• Failure resulting from pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed before or discovered during our assessment
• Damage caused by subsequent work performed by other contractors on or near the treated surface
• Normal wear and fading from UV exposure over time

Except for the express workmanship warranty in your written agreement, all services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We make no other warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deerfield Beach Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site or the performance of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific job giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

The content on this Site - including text, images, and other materials - is provided for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content is free from errors or omissions.
