Deerfield Beach Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring was founded in 2015 by a crew of South Florida tradespeople who had spent years watching homeowners get burned by out-of-town contractors who did not understand what Florida concrete actually does. The high water table, the sandy soil, the year-round humidity - these conditions make surface preparation and moisture management far more important here than in most other parts of the country.
The company started in Deerfield Beach, a city of about 80,000 people where a large share of the housing stock dates to the 1970s and 1980s. Many of those slabs were overdue for attention when we opened, and our early reputation was built on doing the prep work right - grinding, testing for moisture, filling cracks - rather than just rolling on a coat and hoping it held.
Today we serve homeowners and businesses across 12 communities in Broward and Palm Beach counties. The crew has grown, but the approach has not changed: assess honestly, quote in writing, and do the job the way it should be done.
